Baji Terms and Conditions – Rules, Policies & User Agreement

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Baji. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Baji platform, including the website at baji.vin, any mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users including registered members, guests browsing the site, and anyone who interacts with Baji content. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately. Baji reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to check for changes periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Baji provides an online gaming and sports betting platform primarily serving users in Pakistan. The Platform covers sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo, fish games, and various promotional events. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a guarantee of winnings or a promise of profit.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on Baji, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Baji does not permit minors to access gaming services under any circumstances.
• You must register using your own true identity. Using fake names, borrowed identification, or multiple accounts is a serious violation.
• Only one account per person, household, IP address, or device is allowed. Duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice, and any balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate and current personal information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, contact number, and preferred payment method.
• Baji reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a CNIC) at any time. Failure to provide these within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
• By registering, you confirm that gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction, and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure your compliance with local laws.

Baji staff, their immediate family members, and associates are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in promotional offers designed for general members.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Baji account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with anyone, including family members. Baji will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else, or if you notice any transactions you do not recognise, you must contact Baji support immediately. Baji may temporarily lock your account pending investigation. All activity that occurs under your login credentials is considered to have been performed by you unless you notify us promptly.

You agree not to use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform. Any attempt to manipulate games, exploit software bugs, or interfere with platform operations will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

4. Deposits & Funding Your Account

Baji processes deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform currently supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and mobile wallets. Deposit limits and processing times may vary depending on the method chosen.

• All deposited funds must originate from a payment account or card that is registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Baji does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply transaction charges independently.
• Deposits made in error may be reversed upon request, subject to review and applicable transaction conditions.
• Baji reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing large deposits or withdrawals.
• Funds held in your Baji wallet do not earn interest.

If a deposit does not reflect in your account within the expected timeframe, please reach out to our support team with your transaction reference number. Baji will investigate and resolve genuine discrepancies as quickly as possible.

5. Withdrawal Rules & Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed according to the following conditions:

• You may only withdraw funds to a payment account or method registered in the same name as your Baji account.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, Baji may require identity verification. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure and must be completed in full.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable balance. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in those funds being voided.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Withdrawal page. These limits may change at Baji's discretion.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours, depending on the method and any additional verification requirements.
• Baji reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Baji offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules:

• Each bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement (rollover). This must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, or device unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's individual terms.
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus – including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer – will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Baji reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time if misuse is detected, or if the promotional offer was applied in error.
• Free bets and free spins are non-transferable and non-cashable. Only winnings generated from free bets or spins may be subject to standard wagering requirements.

7. Sports Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets on Baji — including Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, and Esports — are governed by the following core rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• All sports bets are settled based on the official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). Unofficial or media-reported results are not used for settlement.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules applicable to that sport.
• Baji reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of irregular activity, technical error, or incorrect odds being published due to a system error.
• Live betting markets are available on selected events. Odds for in-play markets update in real time. Baji may suspend live markets at any point during an event at its discretion.
• For Casino, Slots, Bingo, Fish Games, and Live Casino, individual game rules apply and are accessible within each game interface. These games use certified random number generation where applicable.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Baji and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potentially legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to access or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players in poker, live casino, or any competitive game.
• Any attempt to manipulate sports events, match outcomes, or take advantage of inside information when placing bets.
• Providing false information during registration or verification processes.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of any illegal activity.
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other users.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain.

Baji cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities where applicable. If any suspicious activity is identified, relevant information may be shared with the appropriate bodies in accordance with legal obligations.

9. Responsible Gaming

Baji is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment. We strongly encourage all players to treat gaming as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income. Please keep the following guidance in mind:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Baji content without prior written permission.
• Scraping, data mining, or extracting Platform content using automated means is strictly prohibited.
• The Baji name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks and may not be used without express authorisation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Baji shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical faults, server downtime, or connectivity issues on the user's side.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the user failed to safeguard their credentials.
• Any reliance on information displayed on the Platform that proves to be inaccurate due to a data feed error.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, or banking institutions.

Baji makes reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

12. Amendments, Suspension & Termination

Baji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance.

Baji may suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice and without obligation to refund any balance if that balance is linked to fraudulent or prohibited activity. For accounts closed in good standing, any eligible remaining balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please allow up to 5 business days for the process to be completed and for any eligible funds to be returned.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of fairness and the guidelines under which Baji operates. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the Platform, we encourage you to first contact our support team to seek an amicable resolution.

Baji's decision on any dispute relating to bet settlement, account activity, or bonus eligibility is final once the internal review process has been completed. All dispute communications should be submitted in writing through official support channels with relevant transaction references included.
